ManaLandia: Waterfall Oasis
 

ManaLandia is a beautiful vision of creativity, harmony, and sustainability. The farm is nestled in the tropical rainforest. The dream is to be totally self-sustainable within the next five years, creating our own electricity, food and waste management. We will decorate the roads, trails and the waterfall with glow stones that charge with the sun and glow all night. In the farm we have a majestic 150 foot waterfall that will be surrounded by large sized crystals and be a special place for the community to come enjoy the beauty of the farm in  our peaceful oasis. There are many healing pools throughout and an abundance of natural mineral water springs.  25% of the 158 acre farm is bordered by the clean Carbon River.

 

Electricity will be designed using the resources of the land for ultimate sustainability and minimum EMF and damage to the land. We will incorporate hydro-electric and solar panels. The pure spring water gushing out of the mountains will be nourishing and bathing us all, and we will also have rainwater collection and wells for other uses. What's so special about this location is that we are a 15 minute drive to the beach and 25 minute drive to the town of Puerto Viejo yet we are immersed in nature with an abundance of privacy and space.
 

The pasture lands will have fruit trees, vegetables, and a medicine garden featuring the incredible healing plants of Talamanca. This area has 70% of the same rainforest fauna as the Amazon! All food will be grown according to organic permaculture principles. We will have multiple nature trails for hiking within our own backyard, one leading to the Cahuita beach, about seven kilometers away. 

 

At the top of the mountain (1000 feet) there is a gorgeous ocean view overlooking Cahuita. Here we will build a large platform for music, art, and healing events! Building materials will feature eco materials, using resources from the abundant land. Our concept is 'eco-luxury'. We are also creating ManaShack, a glass waterfall music studio and a Mana Arts Academy. 

 

Mana Shack will be a nature inspired recording studio with majestic views of the rainforest and waterfall on ManaLandia. This is a platform for independent artists to tell their stories and share their music with the world in a setting that merges nature with artistic expression. 

 

Our dedication to sustainability and wellness extends to the creation of the Mana Art Academy. This vibrant hub nurtures diverse arts, including music, Jiu Jitsu, visual arts, and more within the local community. ManaFest is a harmonious convergence of souls striving to explore their fullest potential, elevate the Earth's vibration, and coexist in abundance and unity with all beings and nature.
